From his grandfather’s logging company to his father’s work in trucking and heavy equipment contracting, building and growing businesses runs deep in his roots. Over the years, he has founded nine companies, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in what it takes to lead and scale from the ground up.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong foundation in business strategy, Rion blends technical expertise with strategic insight. Fluent in Spanish, he has worked across 15 countries, fostering cross-cultural partnerships and driving growth in global markets.
